 KONAR PROVINCE, Afghanistan – In order to help maintain a level of physical fitness, a group of Afghan National Army forces in eastern Afghanistan trained on the proper administration of a physical fitness test, March 16. 

Eleven Afghan non-commissioned-officers learned evaluation techniques for the push-up, sit-up and two kilometer run portions of the test. The NCOs then utilized their new knowledge to grade each other during their first physical fitness assessment.
