Kapisa PRT visits Ghayn Valley

KAPISA PROVINCE, Afghanistan – U.S. Air Force Capt. KAPISA PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Kapisa Provincial Reconstruction Team conducted quality control inspections on ongoing projects in the Ghayn Valley Dec.15.


Projects include the Afghanya to Ghayn road and a high school that will accommodate more than 1,000 children once complete. While visiting the school PRT civil engineers were able to meet with faculty members to discuss the progress of the facility.

The mission of Kapisa PRT is to help facilitate the local and national governments of Afghanistan working together to help provide for the development and security needs of the Afghan people.
