Early Success Made Jennifer Lawrence Feel Like A ‘Commodity’
The actor, who previously kept her mental health a secret throughout the height of her fame, after a decade, has now said that she experienced a “loss of control” during her quick ascent to fame.
She said, ‘she lost a sense of control,’ during a Screen Talk at the London Film Festival, she supposed.
She believed she became such a commodity between the release of The Hunger Games and winning the Oscar that she felt like every action was a huge, huge group decision.
The actress acknowledged that her early success and the enthusiastic reception from the entertainment business to it had a negative impact on her. She noticed the significance of her personal brand but started to lose interest in acting.
