New Rurouni Kenshin Anime Revealed With First Trailer, Voice Actors, & Details
The introduction of the latest anime has been on a roll and in the Aniplex Online Fest 2022,the first full trailer of the most awaited new Rurouni Kenshin anime was unveiled which brought a sense of excitement among the fans of the TV Series. However, the makers of the TB Series earlier announced that the new Rurouni Kenshin anime would be out on the TV screens by the end of last year. But they decided to delay it and now the series is expected to hit the TV screens from 2023.
Furthermore, the makers of the anime have announced that this series will consist of all the new animations and techniques which will give viewers a new way of watching this series and thus the original anime has been used to remake it from the first episode itself. Moreover, the fans of this anime will be seeing something new with exciting storyline and characters coming their way.
Other Details about New Rurouni Kenshin Anime
In the new Rurouni Kenshin anime, the creator Nobuhiro Watsuki has made sincere efforts and has been handling all the production along with the scripts and the character design to give the remake a whole new look. Furthermore, Liden Films have worked on the animations in this anime to provide something new to the viewers. Besides working on this, they earlier worked on the Tokyo Revengers, Muv-Luv‘s prequel Schwarzesmarken and many more which helped them to recognize what is needed to make it the next big thing.
The director of the anime Rurouni Kenshin, Hideyo Yamamoto has earlier been a part of various TV shows like Strike the Blood, Darker than Black and many more which gives him an edge over the other directors to produce something new this time. On the other hand, seniors like Terumi Nishii and Yu Takami have been handling the character design and score respectively. Both of them have worked hard and are expecting some great results for the series.
The main characters of the TV Series will have perfect voice actors who have given this TV series a whole new look. Soma Saito will be the voice actor of Kenshin Himura and even earlier, Soma Saito was present as Chongyun in Genshin Impact along with the Rion Balthazar in The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki II. And Rie Takahashi will be the voice actor for Kaoru Kamiya and was also a part of Nina Deforges in Star Ocean: The Divine Force.
During the release of the TV Series, Watsuki-sensei himself appeared on the scene and acknowledged that the series will prove to be way too good for the viewers and hence the viewers can expect something big soon on their TV Screens. The old Ruroni Kenshin series made the debut on the big screen in 1994 and since then it has been a perfect series for all the fans. Furthermore, it has appeared in several OVAs and now it is been serialized with the Hokkaido Arc which made it’s debut in 2017.
