PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Air Force Staff Sgt. Abraham Jara, Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team medic, provides instruction in the proper application of the Heimlich maneuver to teachers at the Kharana Girls Middle School, Dara district, Panjshir province, Afghanistan, Jan. 3.
