KHOST PROVINCE, Afghanistan – U.S. Navy Lt. j.g. Anthony Delgadillo and Master Chief Petty Officer Glenn Niematalo, Khost Provincial Reconstruction Team engineers, inspect the base of a guard tower during a quality assurance and quality control mission to the Dumanda district center construction project, March 29.
