PAKTIKA PROVINCE, Afghanistan – U.S. Army Capt. Pete Coffman from Fort Lewis, Wash., and an operations officer with the Paktika Provincial Reconstruction Team, takes a break with Afghans who were fixing a road between Sharana and Mata Khan as part of a project, March 29.
