BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan – Mr. Rob Brochu, an engineer with the Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team’s U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, talks to road contractors during an inspection of the first section of the Parwan to Bayman Road. The team inspected the road work before a key leader engagement with the Shinwari district sub governor. Shinwari is one of 10 districts located in Parwan Province.
