General McChrystal visits Forward Operating Base Fenty

NANGARHAR PROVINCE, Afghanistan – U.S. Army Pfc. Julius D. Johnson, from Alexandria, Va., a contracting assistant with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Brigade Combat Team, Task Force Mountain Warrior, receives a Commander’s Coin of Excellence from U.S. Army Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal, the commander of the International Security Assistance Forces and U.S. Forces in Afghanistan, at Forward Operating Base Fenty in eastern Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province, April 9.
