LAGHMAN PROVINCE, Afghanistan – A group of Afghan National Civil Order Policeman take thier final exam on report writing at the Laghman police training headquarters, March 5. Forty two police officers recieved training April 4-9 in the following areas: conducting suspect interviews; police report writing; criminal law; motor vehicle stops, afghan rule-of-law; first aid; basic rifle marksmanship and unit tactics.
