PARWAN PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Craig Marshall, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction representative from Jerseyville, Ill., with the Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team measures a hole in the Sayaad and Niazi road in Parwan Province June 9.
